- Send an enquiry. Tell me about the site and what is bothering you. I reply within one working day.
- Short call. 20 minutes, free, to agree what is needed and what is not.
- Written quote. Scope, price and dates in writing. Nothing starts until you say yes.
- Work and report. I do the work and send a plain-English report of what changed.

- Quotes
- Every job starts with a short call and a written quote. The price you agree is the price you pay.
- Payment
- One-off work: half before, half on delivery. Monthly plans: paid monthly in advance, cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Access
- I use my own login on your site and hosting, never yours, and I remove it when we stop working together.
- Your data
- Your customers' data stays yours. I only touch it to do the agreed work and never copy it elsewhere.
- Honest results
- Nobody can promise a Google ranking. I promise the work, a clear report and straight answers.
